Race to CG500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions for the Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion form part of the Cars for Cancer Lottery No.106 (Terms). The Mater Foundation Ltd general terms and conditions can be found at www.materlotteries.com.au.
1.2 The Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle is a Trade Promotion within the Cars for Cancer No. 106 (Cars for Cancer No. 106 Lottery) under the following permit numbers ACT: TP22/01134.
1.3 The lottery is run by Mater Foundation Ltd as trustee for Mater Foundation ABN 96 723 184 640 (Mater Foundation) of 14 Stratton Street, Newstead, QLD 4006. The promoter is Mater Foundation Ltd as trustee for Mater Foundation of C/- 14 Stratton Street, Newstead Qld 4006.
1.4 Subject to satisfaction of the eligibility criteria, entry into the Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion will be automatic for VIP members who hold tickets in the Cars for Cancer Lottery No. 106. Entry into for this promotion opens on 12:01am AEST Wednesday 13 July 2022 and will close at 7:55pm AEST Tuesday 13 September 2022. The winner of the Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion will be drawn at 11am AEST on Friday 16 September 2022.
1.5 The winner will be advised in writing and the winning ticket will be published on the Mater lotteries website on the day of the draw. The Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion will be drawn at the Mater Foundation Queensland, 14 Stratton Street, Newstead, QLD 4006 or remotely, subject to COVID restrictions.

2.1 The Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion is open to all active financial VIP's. To be eligible for the Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion, you must be an active and financial Cars for Cancer No. 106 Lottery VIP member (VIP) and have purchased tickets in the Cars for Cancer Lottery No.106 by the promotional close date.
2.2 An active and financial Cars for Cancer No. 106 Lottery VIP is a member who has an active subscription (not paused or cancelled) and whose last subscription charge (for tickets in Cars for Cancer Lottery No. 106) was successful. If a VIP member's charges are pending or declined, then those individuals will not be deemed an eligible VIP member for the purposes of this bonus draw.
2.3 The promotion will run during the eligibility dates unless Cars for Cancer Lottery No.106 sells out early.
2.4 Entries are open to Australian and foreign residents who are 18 years of age or older, but excludes Mater Board members, Mater Foundation employees, all other parties (their employees or agents) associated with data access in connection with the draw administration, and their immediate family. It is the responsibility of all persons who enter the lottery to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prizes offered as part of the lottery.
3.1 The Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion prize includes:

- Return airfare from nearest capital city for 2 people

3.2 Total RRP value of prize: $8,350
4 Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion General Details
4.1 Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the lottery and/or draw(s) detailed in this document is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and entrants warrant that they are not prohibited from accepting a prize.
4.2 Where the prize includes a Motor Vehicle, the prize includes dealer delivery, registration and CTP, Luxury Car Tax, Stamp Duty and GST. Images used to portray the prizes are for display purposes only and may not depict exact prize details including correct model year. All motor vehicle prizes are ex-Brisbane. Winners acknowledge that the vehicle may not be available for delivery until it is received from the supplier and will raise no objection to delayed receipt of that component of the prize.
4.3 All prizes in the Cars for Cancer Lottery No. 106 or the Race to GC500 Bonus Raffle Trade Promotion are not taxable under the prescribed lottery arrangements. Lottery tickets are not tax deductible. Mater accepts no liability for any tax implications that may arise from winning a prize.
4.4 Any images used in this promotion are for illustrative purposes only and some staging accessories and decorative items may not be included in the prize.
4.5 Mater Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of claiming or taking any prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. If Mater Foundation is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, Mater Foundation reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from the relevant State or Territory gaming departments.
4.6 All prize values are listed in Australian currency. All non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash and no prize is transferable.
5 Winning tickets and unclaimed prizes
5.1 Winning ticket numbers and winners’ details are validated against records held in the Mater Foundation database and all draws are final.
5.2 Where Mater Foundation Queensland is unable to verify or contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed after all reasonable attempts have been made to locate or otherwise contact the winner, the prize will be held for 12 months, after which time the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw to select an alternative winner. The unclaimed prize draw will be held on Wednesday 20 September 2023. The alternative winner will be notified in writing within 14 days of the unclaimed prize draw about the amount of the prize and of the time and place at which it may be collected.
5.3 Mater Foundation reserves the right to cancel any draw at any time for any reason and disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.4 Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). Neither Mater Foundation nor the promoter accepts responsibility for change in prize value. Mater Foundation will coordinate all prizes through their specified suppliers.
6.1 The Mater Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy. Mater Foundation collects, uses and discloses personal information in order to perform its functions and activities in accordance with our charitable objectives. Unless you choose to opt out, Mater Foundation may contact you about our campaigns, and provide you with promotional material or sponsor offers. Services may be rejected if requested information is not provided.
