Thanks to all our wonderful supporters for your feedback on our new website. We have loved the ideas, comments and suggestions that are coming through. To improve your experience on the website, we are pleased to announce a brand-new feature that we identified was needed from your feedback.

With this new feature, you can now view some of your recently purchased tickets in your online account. Yippee! This means that you will have some of your Mater Lottery tickets right at your fingertips, giving you confidence that you are in the draw.

We are still working hard to make all of your ticket purchases available to view in your online account. At the moment, you will only be able to view tickets purchased through this website since June 2019.

I’m a VIP, why can’t I view all of my tickets?

If you are one of our valued VIP’s, your monthly tickets will not appear in your online account just yet. However, if you purchase any additional tickets on the website, these will be visible to you in your online account.

We are not going to stop there! Soon you will be able to see all of your VIP tickets in your online account. We will keep you up to date on when this new feature becomes available. Don’t worry, you are still in the draw to win an amazing prize and you will still receive your tickets each month.

I purchased a ticket over the phone/through the mail/at the prize home, why can’t I view my tickets in my online account?

Currently, only tickets purchased through the website can be viewed in your online account. Soon you will be able to view all of your tickets in one handy spot in your online account. We will keep you up to date on when this new feature becomes available. Don’t worry, you are still in the draw to win an amazing prize.

What can I see in my online account?

Currently your online account allows you to:

  • View any tickets purchased on the website since June 2019
  • Safely and securely upload a credit card to use for future purchases
  • Change your online account password

Why can’t I update my address in my online account?

This feature is still being worked on and will be made available to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please call our friendly customer support team on 1800 067 066 or send us an email.
